Time passes very fast and it is almost end of 2010 which we have been very fortunate to have the great supports of our overseas partners / distributors / business associates as well as our customers. It is another exciting year which meets our forecast for the year and we are looking forward to more successes in the coming new year of 2011. We are pleased to share the good news that we have supplied two units of Growco LS Series single case PD meters to one of our customers for diesel oil transfer application in the new emerging markets in Myanmar. See photograph below for more details.

As reported in our February 2010 news that we have the honour to be selected by the Vietnam state-owned company (Quality Assurance and Testing Center) to supply them our Growco 2” LS Series Double Case PD meter in electronic counter complete with Growco air release strainer. They will use our Growco master meter to do calibrations for flow meters used in custody transfer applications. They have required the high accuracy of +/-0.1% for our Growco flow meter. They have them built a trolley skid to accommodate our Growco PD Master Meter and Strainer with air eliminator for their outdoor calibration services. Please see below for more details.

We are very pleased to share that one of the major cement factories in Vietnam has selected our Growco 3” Double Case PD meter and strainer to double check the diesel fuel that they have received from their supplier to ensure that are getting the correct volume ordered for their busy productions.

We are very pleased to have participated in the ICA 2010 with our Malaysia’s distributors. This ICA 2010 is the 10th International Exhibition & Conference on Instrumentation, Control & Automation Technology and is Asia’s Premier Event which was held from 8 to 1oth June 2010 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center ( KLCC ) , Malaysia. It was a great success for us with many interested visitors and potential customers from Malaysia as well as from other countries like Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Thailand, etc. visiting our booth. We are pleased to announce that we have again been selected by Hydrocarbon Engineering to showcase our Growco digital control valve which was published in their “Volume 15 Number 2 – February 2010” issue. Below is the abstract of the published article for your easy reference.

We are pleased to share the good news that our Growco Underground Tank Gauging (UTG) with user friendly consoles are gaining popularity with our overseas’ customers for its robust design and reliability. The user friendly consoles are a big hit with our customers’ operators for its ease in operations with the colour graphics presentations. Below is the photograph of the Growco UTG probes packed in stainless steel casings ready for shipment.

We are pleased to share the good news that we have completed the Growco products which consist of our Double Case PD meters, Strainers and Grounding Systems ready for our overseas customers’ shipment deliveries. Please see below photograph for more details.

We are also proud to share the completion of training on our Growco products to the second batch of specialists from our partner in Malaysia. They are Mr.Jeffery who is based in their Miri Branch office located in East Malaysia and Ms.Fazilan who is based in their Kerteh branch office located in Terengganu State of Malaysia. The training is part of our ongoing program to impart our expertise to our partners so that they can serve our mutual customers with full commitments to satisfy our mutual customers’ ever changing needs.

We would like to share that we have received the formal approval from Singapore Weights & Measures Office, SPRING SINGAPORE for our Growco Turbine Flow meters model GR-L series for trade use (custody transfer applications). We would also like to express our sincerest appreciations to SPRING SINGAPORE for their professionalism and efficiency to grant their approval to us. This approval will reinforce our Growco’s commitments to provide our high quality products to better serve our global clients.

2009 had been a very challenging and rewarding year for us with our breakthrough in selling our new applications to new clients which have proven excellent results. One such breakthrough was being selected by one of our Singapore client to supply two units of the Growco LS Series 6” Double case PD meters in 316SS materials for potable (drinking) water application and details can be seen in the photograph attached below.

2010 will prove even more challenging as we have set goals to “Serve Globally, Act Locally” to achieve even higher levels of customer’s satisfaction with our supplied products as well as to further expand our Growco’s Global clients and partners’ networks.
We want to share the good news that our partner/distributor in Indonesia has put in much effort and obtained the prestigious approval from their country’s Weights & Measures Authority (MIGAS) to use our Growco flow meters for their flow measurement as well as for their custody transfer applications. It certainly makes us proud that our global partners/distributors have displayed much confidence in our Growco products and quality and want to share them with their respective clients.
